WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

Observation: The products go through quality control before being sold or made available to the public, to provide the customer with a better experience. But we know that there are exceptions and that is why WE ALSO OFFER YOU A GUARANTEE.

All batteries have a warranty according to each brand, taking into account the data of the vehicle for which it was purchased. It is stipulated in the invoice or document provided to the customer in their purchase.
The warranty time depends on the brand you purchase and the vehicle in which it will be used.

No refunds are made in case of warranty claim, Product changes are only made in accordance with the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, the documents issued by Multiservicios Hernández (invoice, receipt, voucher, etc.) are essential.

If the customer purchases the battery in the store, they must go to the store with the purchase documents and the product. It proceeds according to warranty.

If the customer purchases their battery with home service, they have the right to a visit from the delivery technician duly requested and scheduled, in accordance with their warranty.

Corresponding checks are carried out and if the warranty applies, it is sent for review with the supplier of each battery. Your guarantee will be ready in 3 business days and proceeds according to the supplier's verdict and corresponding checks.

The customer has the right to request a service battery at no additional cost that will be returned when collecting their claim.

If the client cannot collect their claim on the third day, they have a maximum of 15 business days to do so, otherwise it will become the property of Multiservicios Hernández.

Warranty is not covered , product exchange is valid only once. Each product purchased at Multiservicios Hernández has a warranty claim or exchange only once, as long as the warranty applies.

CAR AUDIO WARRANTY

All electronic products have a warranty, stipulated in the invoice or document provided to the customer in any purchase.

The uninstalled product has a warranty from 15 to 30 calendar days, depending on the product that the customer purchases and the one that is duly included on the invoice.

No refunds are made in case of warranty claim, Product changes are only made in accordance with the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, the documents issued by Multiservicios Hernández (invoice, receipt, voucher, etc.) are essential.

For local warranty claims (Guatemala City and surrounding areas), you must go to the store with your purchase documents and the complete product.

For departmental warranty claims (Interior of the country), you must contact Multiservicios Hernández by any official means (Phone, inbox, WhatsApp, etc.), you must send a photo of your purchase documents and photos of the complete product to verify and proceed with the guarantee . If you proceed in exchange, Multiservicios Hernández will confirm and you must send the complete product properly packaged through Cargo Expreso for which Multiservicios Hernández will be providing you with the corresponding guide so that it can be printed and sent back. When it is already in the warehouse, a final check of the product will be done and the new one will be sent to the corresponding recipient.
